Bamboo Bliss Order Recovery Efforts

In an effort to help mitigate the damages to Bamboo Bliss customers, we have implemented a program to assist. While we do not have individual customer order information, your number was provided to us as someone who may have been affected.

For context, we share the same supplier as Bamboo Bliss, and the factory offered us the opportunity to purchase items that were produced but not paid for by Bamboo Bliss. These unpaid items were not shipped due to the outstanding balance. We are now purchasing and receiving this inventory from the factory in batches, as the quantity and associated costs are significant.

Please note, we have no way of identifying specific customer orders, as our only connection to Bamboo Bliss was being their largest retailer and using the same factory and representative for Little Britches Bamboo and Secret Stock Reserve.

We currently have the following items we have received:

Proceeds from the above items will be used to fund gift cards for those unable to get a chargeback.

#1 File chargebacks on all orders if you haven't yet.

#2 If you get denied, you need to appeal.

#3 If your appeal is denied, screen shot both denials and your original order confirmation that includes one of the items we have received.

(must include your order number, name and address, all items ordered and your total)

#4 Email us at helpforbamboobliss@gmail.com with all info and we will issue you a Little Britches gift code for the purchase price of the items.

If there are other items on your order, please save all your evidence for the next round of items.

Please do not message on Facebook or our customer service email as the ladies responding to those messages can not help you.

We will repeat the process with each Bamboo Bliss shipment as long as it is sustainable. 

If you have more than one item you can later trade in all your codes for a new collective code.

We truly want to help alleviate some burden as well as help the factory stay open as well as get our own collab items that are also in these boxes.

Yes, the price is higher than Bamboo Bliss' preorder price, that should allow us to give refund credits and pay for the product.
